Return Policy

Let's work together for a more sustainable environment! Always contact us before returning a product so we can work together to find a suitable solution. By returning a product, you agree to the return conditions listed under the terms and conditions on our we website: William-Fashion | Terms and Conditions.

Return Terms:

  1. Returns must be notified in writing via service@tnselectshop.nl.
  2. Products must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
  3. As the sender, you are responsible for the package until we receive it. We recommend that you always send your return insured and with a trackable shipping method.
  4. Send the proof of shipment with track and trace code (preferably an insured track and trace number) to service@tnselectshop.nl. We cannot process a refund until the tracking number confirms that the package was actually delivered to our warehouse.
  5. Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. The goods must be in condition to be resold by us and any damage must be reported immediately upon receipt with pictures attached.

Excluded from returns and refunds:

Custom-made products and special orders, as well as items of a personal nature, cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. This includes items such as underwear, lingerie, pantyhose, and personal care products. Goods more than 14 days after receipt are also excluded from return.


Return procedure in 8 steps:
Step 1: Read the return conditions: Carefully read the return conditions at the top of this page before following the steps.

Step 2: Contact our customer service: Please contact our customer service via email at service@tnselectshop.nl to register a return.Remember to include your contact information and order number, and include clear photos or videos of any defects or damages. If the product is defective upon delivery and within the warranty period from our supplier, you are entitled to a new one and do not need to return it.

Step 3: Pack your package carefully, securely and neatly.

Step 4: Create a trackable shipping label: Create a shipping label online or at a local postal company. (We recommend insured shipping) Make sure this label has a trackable track & trace code. (Use the return address at the bottom of this page).

Step 5: Stick the shipping label firmly on the package or have it done at a postal point.Send the items along with the completed return form to the return address.

Step 6: Send the shipping receipt with the track & trace number in response to the email indicating you are returning the item to service@tnselectshop.nl

Step 7: Agree & Wait for Delivery: By sending it, you agree to our terms and conditions.We must wait until it is listed in the tracking as “delivered. When this is there, we will issue a refund within 14 business days using the same payment method used to pay.

Important to know when returning:
Sender responsibility: As the customer, you are responsible for the return until it is received by us. We understand that this can sometimes cause uncertainty. Unfortunately, experience data shows that approximately 5% of returns do not arrive due to tax liabilities, loss or other unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, we cannot offer a refund if the shipment is not received.

Shipping advice: For your protection, we therefore recommend returning the package insured and using a trackable shipping method, especially for international shipments. Should something go wrong, you may be able to claim a refund of shipping costs and/or the purchase price through the delivery service. Depending on the courier service's policy and the nature of the problem, the package may also be returned to you, the sender.

We strive to resolve any issues quickly and to your satisfaction. For questions regarding the return process or assistance in choosing a shipping method, our customer service team is always ready to assist you.

Question: Can I refuse an item at the door, not pick it up at a collection point, or return it with the delivery driver?

Answer: No, for a successful refund, it is essential that you follow our established return steps and conditions. We cannot accept returns that have been given with the delivery driver, not picked up at a pickup point, or refused at the door. It is important that all returns follow our specific procedure. If this is not the case, we are unable to process a refund.

The cost to return your order is always at your own expense. Return costs will not be refunded.

As the sender, you are responsible for correctly addressing and safely shipping the package. We recommend insuring the shipment. It must also have a track & trace number. We are not liable for problems caused by incorrectly listed addresses or during the shipping process that result in the package not arriving. In case of such problems, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
