Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped to our supplier on the day of order. Orders are processed between Monday and Saturday at our distribution center, and are shipped from the warehouse within 2-4 business days.

Delivery Time & Delays
We pride ourselves on delivering 97% of our orders within the anticipated time frame of 7- 14 days. However, on rare occasions the delivery time may extend to around 28 days. The main reasons for this are peak traffic, holidays, customs procedures, extreme weather conditions and unexpected illnesses in our logistics chain. Your understanding is indispensable to us and we are committed to handling every order as quickly as possible.

We cover the shipping costs and deliver every order to your home for FREE, with no minimum order quantity.

For your order to be delivered correctly, it is crucial that your delivery details are complete and accurate. Incorrect or missing information may result in delivery delays. It is your responsibility to provide the correct information. Please be aware that in case of loss or non-delivery due to incorrect data, the cost is yours and we cannot provide a refund.

Cancellation of your orders:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed, as it is shipped and processed directly to our supplier. However, there is a right of withdrawal up to 14 days from the day of receipt of your ordered product(s), in which you can return the order.

 

Delayed delivery:
We are sorry there are problems with delivery. Please follow the steps below:

  • Is it marked as delivered today? Sometimes the package arrives the next day. Please give it an extra day for contact.
  • After 1 day, contact the delivery service to ask if they can see if it was delivered incorrectly or somewhere other than noted in the tracking.
  • Does this not yield anything? Then contact us preferably within 1 week of the delivery notice. We will need to start an investigation, and this will help to get a positive investigation result. (Please note that an investigation may take 3 months or longer).
  • Although investigations are not a guaranteed solution, we strive to find appropriate solutions.
  • In the case of incorrect delivery information, we cannot process a refund. We are happy to consider alternative solutions.
  • Understanding and cooperation are important as delivery is beyond our control.

Package not accepted or not picked up at a service point:
If you are not at home during delivery, the package will be offered 2 times depending on the delivery service. If the delivery is not successful, the package will be delivered to your neighbors or a pickup/service point and must be picked up there before being returned.

It is important to note that not accepting or picking up the package is not an option to receive a refund. The package must be delivered and returned according to our return policy to receive your refund.

 

Track your order
You can track your order via our Track and Trace page. The Track and Trace is usually visible the next day but in certain circumstances it can take up to 3 days after placing your order. In addition, it can take up to 1 week before the first steps will be visible.
